Summer Courses

To support and encourage educators, GGC offers courses for science teachers during the summer. GGC faculty have been teaching summer courses since 1994 incorporating a combination of didactic lecture with hands-on laboratory activities. An online hybrid format has recently been developed to make these courses more accessible. Participants earn three transferable graduate credit hours, or the credits may also be used for recertification. The special topics course BIO612 rotates through various topics with registration beginning in early spring.

For more information about summer courses, contact Leta M. Tribble, PhD at (864) 943-4170 or lmt@ggc.org.
